Premier League Trophy

The new champions league season will start this week and there are as expected, fascinating fixtures to expect all across Europe and chance to win bet with Mobilebet Welcome Bonus. The premier league sides will also be challenging to bring the most prestigious club trophy to the country this season.

This seems like the season someone else will finally win the league apart from Real Madrid. The Los Blancos have won the last three editions and have won four of the last five. This obviously still put them in good contention to win it again, apart from the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo who will be representing Juventus in this season’s UCL.

If Real Madrid are not favorite to win this year’s trophy, many have dubbed the likes of Barcelona and Juventus next in line to take over the reigns from the Real. However, the premier league clubs are well placed to challenge and win this title. The four participants from England are Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham and Liverpool.

Among all these four sides, City and Liverpool have a good shout at the trophy. Spurs squad are good enough to go far in the tournament as they have gathered experience over time especially after their collapse last season against Juventus. They have kept their squad and are in a very good position to give a fight.

United however will always turn up when they want to, and whenever they do, a Jose Mourinho side can hold its own against any side in Europe. All they need to do is just to be at their best and have the likes of Lukaku, Pogba and Sanchez firing.

It is expected that Pep Guadiola was brought in to City to bring not just domestic trophies but also European trophies. He was hindered in the quest last season by Liverpool, another English side. This shows how solid both sides can be. The fact that the two teams now have their core playing together for long and understand each other better makes it easier to get to the advance stages of the champions league.

Jurgen Klopp might be prioritizing winning the premier league this season, but just like last season, no one expected the Reds to get to the finals. We could be seeing something even better this season.

At least, two English clubs should be able to navigate their way to the semi-finals of the Champions League and if the luck of the draws work in their favour, they could be avoiding each other on their way to the finals. The last time we saw an English team win the Champions League, Chelsea, they did it against the odds. Who says another English team is not on the verge of breaking barriers to bring it home once again.
