By now Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s transfer to Manchester United is no longer a secret with Swedish International looking set to seal a move to Old Trafford later this week.
According to reports from Sky Sports, Zlatan is all set to undergo his United medical this week with July 1 tipped to be the most probable date.
Ever since Jose Mourinho took over at Man United, rumours of Zlatan joining him at Old Trafford have gone through the roof. However both club and the player have kept the news to themselves due to Zlatan’s Euro 2016 involvement.
With Sweden out of the competition and Ibra’s PSG contract coming to an end (June 30), Sky Sports are convinced of the striker to join Manchester United this week.
Zlatan is due a hefty loyalty bonus from the Ligue 1 Champions if he sees out his current contract and to safeguard player’s interest, United have backed away from making any official statement on his arrival to Premier League.
Mourinho is eyeing couple of big name signings to kick-start his Old Trafford reign with Ibrahimovic on top of the list.
Elsewhere, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has also agreed personal terms with Man United and should complete his move before United’s pre-season kicks off in about 2 weeks’ time.
