Celtic have completed a deal for promising Arsenal youngster, Armstrong Okoflex, who hails from Dublin and plied his trade with Tolka Rovers before he was spotted by Arsenal five years ago.

The 16-year-old, who can be deployed as either a left winger or as a striker, played seven games for Arsenal’s U18s last season, scoring one and assisting one goal.
Okoflex has been capped by both England and Ireland at youth level. “Ireland is where I’m from but England is financially better and the grounds are amazing,” he said last summer. “I enjoy playing with both but obviously I’m Irish so I feel the connection with them.”

Okoflex only turned 16 in March and had trials with West Ham and Tottenham before deciding on a move to the Emirates when he was just 11.
