As the beginning of the Premier League 2017/18 campaign draws closer, with Arsenal taking on their first trophy of the season lifting The 2017 FA Community Shield last Sunday.
The Gunners will be facing Leceister city this Friday as their first match of the season, we will be looking at some probable lineups for Arsenal ahead of the match
Goalkeeper:
Arsene Wenger has two choice; using Petr Cech or David Ospina, but he is likely to use Petr Cech as he manned the post impressively for the Gunners in the 2017 FA community shield last Sunday
Defender:
Playing with three defenders at the back, we expect Shkodran Mustafi to play the centre back with the highly rated Hector Bellerin at right-back and Arsenal new signing Sead Kolasinac in the Left-back taking his time to adapt to emirates stadium.
Midfielder:
The Midfield will be filled with four Gunners players. Mesut ozil will be expected to dominate the midfield for the first game of the campaign with Granit Xhaka and two winger by their side, being Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and Nacho Monreal with them impressing against Chelsea last Sunday.
Attack:
Wenger will be facing the possibilities of losing Alexandrea Lacazette and Alexis Sanchez not being at Emirates Stadium next campaign, for the attacking options the Gunners’s boss should play Alex Iwobi, alongside new signing Aaron Ramsey, Danny Welbeck is favored to lead the attack.
