Premier League gets ready for perhaps the most defining Gameweek of 2015/16 season. Top four sides in the league will battle each other with one common goal, “to come out as Champions”.

Ahead of the massive weekend of football action, we continue our theme of foreseeing the results with Premier League Gameweek 26 Predictions.

Arsenal vs Leicester – The game every one wants to see this weekend. Will the underdog story get even better or the heavyweights will finally have their say? After a lot of deliberation, we are going with a score draw.

Yes, go ahead, call us boring, but I do not see how either of the two sides will throw away the league title in hunt for exciting football. They will be cautious and will avoid getting beat. Predicted Result: Arsenal 1 Leicester 1.

Manchester City vs Tottenham – Another mouth-watering tie awaits us, but you if you have been following the two sides in recent weeks, you will not need telling how it will pan out. Spurs have flying high and City’s injury scare will hurt them in this one. Predicted Result: Manchester City 1 Tottenham 2.

Premier League Gameweek 26 Predictions

Sunderland vs Manchester United – Since than infamous 2011/12 final day scene at Stadium of Light, whenever Red Devils play Sunderland at home, there will be a scene of retribution. And that will be enough to pull United to a comfortable victory. Predicted Result: Sunderland 0 Manchester United 2.

Chelsea vs Newcastle – Guus Hiddink will hope to remain unbeaten as Chelsea manager this season and perhaps Toons will offer him some luxury in fulfilling his wish. Chelsea at home, may not be the force they were last season, but getting pass Newcastle will not be a cause of concern for them. Predicted Result: Chelsea 1 Newcastle 0.

Aston Villa vs Liverpool – You can sense that something is amiss at Liverpool. With the 77 hoodoo and growing injury list is bound to give Jurgen Klopp some sleepless night. Going in at Villa Park after Aston Villa won 2-0 last week will not be easy. I expect the Reds to drop some points this weekend. Predicted Result: Aston Villa 1 Liverpool 1.

Premier League Gameweek 26 Predictions for remaining games:

Everton 2 West Brom 1 – Time for Roberto Martinez to bring some consistency to his team’s play.

Norwich 1 West Ham 3 – Payet must be bouncing after his new deal and he will shine at Carrow Road.

Swansea 1 Southampton 2 – Saints have been on a good run and there is no reason for that to stop against the struggling Swansea side.

Crystal Palace 0 Watford 0 – Two teams who have forgotten the art of scoring and attractive football, what more can you expect?

Bournemouth 1 Stoke 2 – What on earth has gone wrong for Mark Hughes and Stoke? This prediction is more in hope than conviction.
