Tottenham are ahead of Arsenal in title race

Tottenham Hotspur have been the most consistent side involved in Premier League title race this season. Their doggedness mixed with flair football has suddenly made them the strongest contenders to be crowned as Champions this season.

They do not let in silly goals, they can score at will and above all, they have played really well in big games this season. None of these can be said with conviction about Arsenal, Leicester or Man City. All of this points towards Spurs being the strongest contender to win this season’s league title.

Manchester United are in a crisis

Decision to stick with Louis Van Gaal is not paying off as planned for Ed Woodward and Co at Manchester United. The club find themselves in new disaster every week add to their incapability of winning games.

If Jose Mourinho is heir to the Old Trafford throne, then he should be brought in now instead of wasting another 6 months under the Dutchman, who has lost interest in managing the football club.

Sunderland could pull off another Great Escape

It would not be beyond them if they once again manage to survive relegation this season after narrowly missing out the drop in recent seasons. Their win, and more importantly, their performance against Manchester United was enough to suggest, they might have something up their sleeves yet again.

All we are saying, do not write them off just yet.

All Chelsea and Liverpool need, is consistency

Chelsea and Liverpool displayed great football on the weekend as they brought down goals galore on their opponents. Seeing them play that well, we know they are capable of those results, but can they do it on a regular basis? This will be their challenge in the remaining matches this season.

Leicester City are still favorites for the title

When a team strives for league title, a defeat here and there is bound to happen, it is all about how the team managed to bounce back from those defeats. Last time, when Arsenal got the better of Ranieri’s men, they went on an inspired run of successful results.

Seeing their fixture list, one might say that there is every reason for them to achieve that once again. Their next 6 matches are against lower ranked teams who are battling for survival, and we have seen how well Leicester have played against them.

So those of you, who think, Leicester are out of the title race, hold on for a little while.
