Premier League Gameweek 25 Predictions: Chelsea, Man City and Spurs to Drop Points

Premier League moves to Gameweek 25 with teams battling hard to hold on to what they have got and strive to achieve better results. Ahead of the weekend kick-off, we take a look at Premier League Gameweek 25 Predictions.

Standout fixture this weekend will be the Chelsea vs Manchester United clash at Stamford Bridge, while table toppers Leicester City will battle Manchester City to further boost their chances of winning an unprecedented league title this season.

Premier League Gameweek 25 Predictions

Chelsea vs Manchester United – Both the heavyweights have struggled this season, however, it will not affect the competitive nature of the game. While United are pushing for a Champions League spot, Chelsea are keen to push themselves out of the 13th place in league table.

The game could very well be decided with Anthony Martial’s brilliance or Cesc Fabregas’ impeccable through ball. The game will be tight and perhaps the first goal will be the winner. Predicted Score: Chelsea 0 Manchester United 1.

Manchester City vs Leicester City: Back in 2011-12 season, Vincent Kompany scored an emphatic header at the Etihad to ensure Manchester City’s title triumph. Four seasons later, Leicester will have the chance to rewrite history, if they could upstage City in their own back yard.

Given the inconsistent form for the Citizens, it would not be beyond Leicester City, who have proved their critics wrong time and time again. A win may be too much to ask from the Foxes after their inspired 2-0 win over Liverpool, but a draw will be well within their reach. Predicted Score: Man City 1 Leicester 1.

Liverpool vs Sunderland: Perhaps the best game for Jurgen Klopp and his men to forget their midweek’s 2-0 loss against Leicester. Sunderland have been in free fall and only Jermaine Defoe looks like a serious threat for a shaky Liverpool defense. Predicted Score: Liverpool 2 Sunderland 0.

Bournemouth vs Arsenal: Gunners have gone over 300 EPL minutes without a goal. Safe to say, not a record a title chasing team would ideally wish for. They take on a dangerous Bournemouth side, who have surprised many teams this season. Predicted Score: Bournemouth 0 Arsenal 2.

Tottenham vs Watford: The match could very well be seen as the battle of two in-form strikers in Harry kane and Odion Ighalo. The duo have been exceptional this season almost scoring at their will. Another similarity between the two sides is their mean defense.

Given the similar nature for both the teams, I expect a well fought score draw, with Kane and Ighalo being on the score-sheet. Predicted Score: Tottenham 2 Watford 2.

Premier League Gameweek 25 Predictions for the remaining games:
