Liverpool would be quietly confident ahead of Manchester United’s visit to Anfield in Europa League round of 16 tie. Ahead of this massive game, we take a look at the predicted Liverpool lineup vs Manchester United.
Jurgen Klopp will be without James Milner for this game, who is dealing with a virus infection. As for the players available, Daniel Sturridge is constantly in the RED ZONE, while Christian Benteke could play a part after his heroics vs. Crystal Palace.
Predicted Liverpool lineup vs Manchetser United
Defense: Klopp would continue his strategic change of playing Jon Flanagan from right back while use Nathaniel Clyne from the left-back role. Dejan Lovren and Mamdou Sakho are battling minor injury issues and will be walking a tight rope when they play United later tonight.

Midfield: In Milner’s absence Emre Can and Jordan Henderson will be key for Liverpool as they look to progress forward in Europa League this season. Philippe Coutinho would be deployed from a more deep-line role vs. United given the lack of midfield players with Lucas Leiva out injured as well.
Attack: This is where Liverpool’s strength lies vs. Van Gaal’s men. The Reds have players like Roberto Firmino, Daniel Sturridge and Adam Lallana who are brisk while running at defenders and are always on the lookout for a goal-scoring chance.
Firmino has been in fine form since Klopp has taken over at Anfield. He will have a score to settle against Manchester United after The Red Devils passed on the opportunity to sign him earlier in the summer and instead bought Memphis Depay from PSV for 25million.
