Paul Pogba discusses personal terms after Manchester United ready a World Record offer

Manchester United are desperate to bring Paul Pogba back to Old Trafford and it seems as if the player is keen on the move as well. Reports from AS (via Daily Star) claim that Pogba’s camp have started to negotiate the personal terms for midfielder’s Premier League return.

According to AS, Pogba wants £12.4m-a-season (£240,000-a-week) in wages to go with his insane transfer fee. AS have claimed that United are ready to make a world record £97million bid for the French star in order to seal his transfer to Old Trafford.

Juventus are aware of the growing interest from United and are planning to offer the 23-year old a new contract this summer.

Tuttosports understands that Serie A Champions are willing to offer Pogba a salary of £6million-a-year which will still be almost half of the offer Red Devils have prepared for him.

Needless to say, Juve will not be able to battle Manchester United on the financial fronts. As for the deal to go through, United have Mino Raiola as their trump card as he is the representative for Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Why is that relevant? It is because all of these players are linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer and Raiola is determined to keep all his starry clients under one roof and that too under Jose Mourinho’s guidance.

Mkhitaryan and Zlatan are expected to be announced as United players this week with Pogba’s negotiations to stretch deep until the next month. Pogba is currently on Euro 2016 duties with France and will decide on his future once the tournament is over.
