As the transfer window is winding down, we’ve seen several players linked with different clubs, the Clubs will be rushing to sign players they’ve been linked with. Chelsea who has been heavily involved in the transfer market could as well be selling their Belgian Striker Michy Batshuayi after being heavily linked with a move back to Marseille, report claims.

Batshuayi who joined the Blues in the summer of 2016 under reign of Antonio Conte has failed to impose himself as a first team choice. He played as a second choice to Diego Costa last season despite the chances he was given last season and in the Preseason tour.

The Belgian striker scored the Blues Premier League winning goal among four other league goals for the giants club. Batshuayi have had an impressive pre-season tour with Chelsea, he has found the back of the net once this season, scoring against his own team last weekend.

Conte has been heavy in the transfer market this summer signing Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid as a replacement for Diego Costa but still yet the Blue are still linked with a move for Andrea Belotti and Jamie Vardy. If Chelsea is to land any of these players there will be no place for Batshuayi at Stamford Bridge.

According to reports from The Sun, Lille are willing to pay £36million(€40million) to land the Striker back to Stade Vélodrome which is plus £3 million the amount Chelsea signed him for from Les Phoceens.

Conte will be not be selling the Belgian player until he can find a better replacement for him
