Mexico international confirms he wants Man United move

Mexican international forward Hirving Lozano has been making a name for himself in Liga MX this season, hitting 18 goals in 27 appearances for Pachuca, despite mostly being deployed on the wing.

United have been credited with an interest in his services for some time, and they have now been given a huge green light to make a move for the 21-year-old without the risk of rejection.

Lozano himself is aware of the links and the apparent interest from other sides across Europe, and was asked about what his plans might be for the summer window.

“I believe many [leagues] are beautiful, I like the English and the Spanish very much. But let’s see how things are and decide,” he told Univision (via the Metro), when asked about the ongoing links.

“The one I would like most is Manchester, I like this club a lot and it’s a very important club.”
