Juventus are reportedly set to launch a fresh raid for Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic, according to reports from Daily Star.
The Serie A champions attempted to sign the 28-year-old during the summer transfer window butBlues boss Antonio Conte blocked their efforts.
Matic has established himself as a key man in Conte’s plans, starting all six Premier League games this season alongside N’Golo Kante.
But Juventus are desperate to get their man and, according to Calciomercatoweb, they have decided to launch a £23m bid in January.
And the Italian website claim Chelsea could sell Matic in the next transfer window, which opens on January 1.
Conte is frustrated at the abysmal start to the new season and could go for a massive squad overhaul in winter January transfer window with midfield and defense being his top concern.
