Business has indeed picked up at Manchester United after Jose Mourinho officially took charge of the club after arriving at Carrington training ground earlier today. Mourinho’s arrival has sparked United’s transfer business to life once again.
After stalling their way to complete Eric Bailly and Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s transfer United are expected to announce a double deal later today featuring Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Blaise Matuidi.
You must be wondering how on earth Matuidi is close to signing for United, right? I asked the same question before I saw Goal.com and Get French Football News confirm that Matuidi has taken a break from France’s Euro 2016 camp and will fly to Manchester later today.
According to Canal +'s @FloraMoussy, Mino Raiola wants to bring Blaise Matuidi to Manchester United.

Matuidi, 29 is again represented by Mino Raiola who is keen to bring the PSG man to Old Trafford this summer. It is believed that Matuidi will be in England to finalize the minute details of his contract before signing with Manchester United.
If that is the case then United fans are in for a treat as Mkhitaryan is already done with his medical and is set to be unveiled any moment now. This double deal may put Manchester United in the driver’s seat ahead of the next season and they will now be the favorites to go all the way and win the whole damn thing.
