Leicester star Riyad Mahrez has been linked with a move away from King Power Stadium throughout this summer with interests from Arsenal and As Roma.

Arsenal have met with a hard ball form Monaco in their pursuit of star Thomas Lemar, and now the London Club could go back to Leicester City to continue their pursuit for Mahrez.

The Algerian International has been on the radar of the Gunners as a backup option with Monaco’ Ace being their prime target in the summer, paving way for Roma to launch a bid for Mahrez.

The Serie A have already seen two seperate offers£21 million and £32 million rejected by the Foxes refusing to be draged into a cut-price for their star man.

With that, the possibility of Lemar moving to the Emirates stadium is seeming to be low, especially if Kylian Mbappe quits the French Club. Arsenal will be re-launching their interest in the Leicester star man, and maybe finally launch a bid for the Algerian.

Reports claims, the 26 year old has reportedly tabled a transfer request to the Foxes Manager and Craig Shakespeare says the players attitude does not show he his keen to move away from the King Power Stadium.

A move to Emirates was said to be on the cards for the Algerian winger last summer before it was cooled off, Arsene Wenger claimed in June that the Foxes playmaker could move to Arsenal.

Wenger told beIN Sports: “We have not made a bid, but personally, I like the player, yes, I think he made a huge impact when they won the championship.

“Like at everybody else at Leicester, this season has been more challenging, but it doesn’t take away from his qualities.

Mahrez who helped Leicester to Premier League glory last year named Africa Best player of the Year in 2016, has been valued at £50 million by the Foxes.
