Fee agreed – Victor Lindelof on his way to Manchester United, will be officially unveiled next week

Manchester United’s quest of signing a central defender has seen them go all out for Benfica’s Victor Lindelof this season.

This deal has attracted all the attention and likes of Sky Sports, Daily Mirror, and Daily Mail all have made their claims of the Swedish defender joining United before the end of January transfer window.

If sources are to be believed that United have finally found a headway in the deal and have actually agreed the transfer fee with Benfica.

According to reports from O Jogo, United will pay Benfica a fee close to 38million and will sign Lindelof this week.

Daily Mirror have gone on to claim that Lindelof will wear the number 2 jersey at the club and could be officially unveiled soon after the Liverpool game this weekend.
