Juventus are keen on signing Liverpool duo Christian Benteke and Divock Origi with a £42million bid next season to bolster their squad, according to Calciomercato.
Reports suggest that Serie A Champions have given up on Alvaro Morata after Real Madrid have decided to activate his release clause next season. Morata is expected to leave Juventus for a fee close to £23million.
Juventus are in hunt to sign new strikers with Belgian duo topping their wish list. Benteke has struggled to get any game time under Jurgen Klopp and has fallen behind Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino in the pecking order.
Despite arriving for £32million this season, Benteke is widely tipped to exit Anfield with Juventus leading the race to sign him. He has also been linked with a move to West Ham and PSG.
Meanwhile Origi has improved dramatically under Klopp in recent games after scoring 3 goals in last 2 appearances. Origi is widely tipped to lead Liverpool’s attack against Borussia Dortmund tomorrow night as well.
In wake of recent developments, Juventus may find it tough to prize away Origi in the summer and The Turin giants may need to revisit their transfer strategies next season.
