Defense: Simon Mignolet will once again be asked to lead Liverpool’s defense with Sakho and Toure playing from central defense. Full-back roles will be played by Alberto Moreno and Nathaniel Clyne, who have settled in to the regular starting XI for Klopp.
Midfield: Klopp has Milner, Henderson and Can as his best resources from midfield. Trio may not be the best players in the league, but their efficiency and work rate makes them strong contender to start in our Predicted Liverpool lineup vs FC Augsburg.
Attack: Daniel Sturridge is back and already has a goal to his name. Klopp should not hold him back and play tonight. Doing so will tell us about the form and moreover about the fitness of the English striker.
Tonight’s game is an away tie for Klopp’s men and it will be important for Liverpool to come away with either a goal-less draw or get an away goal at best. Any goal by Liverpool would guarantee them the advantage in the round of 32 Europa League tie.
