Manchester United aim at continuing their recent run of results, which has seen The Red Devils win 4 games in a row. Next up, they take on an unpredictable West Brom side.
Ahead of the kick-off, we take a look at the Predicted Manchester United lineup vs West Brom.
Young Marcus Rashford has made a name for himself after scoring 4 goals in his 3 appearances so far, however, the 18-year old striker will be benched against WBA considering his tender age and level of fatigue.
Predicted Manchester United lineup vs West Brom
Defense: Timothy Fenu-Mensah looked an assured figure against Watford, however, there were instances which suggested that he is not equipped to play in central defense.
Marcos Rojo and Michael Carrick could be paired up against West Brom with Daley Blind moving to left-back, and Guillermo Varela continuing his fine run in to the side at right back.
We could also see Matteo Darmian playing at left-back with Blind and Rojo operating from central defense.
Midfield: Morgan Schneiderlin has been United’s best player in recent weeks, and he will need to be at his best to see out Darren Fletcher and Craig Gardner’s threat from the opposing side.
At present, United’s squad pick themselves up. Juan Mata, Ander Herrera, Memphis Depay and Jesse Lingard have forged a strong partnership in midfield and they will start against West Brom this weekend.
Attack: Anthony Martial is expected to start as the lone striker with support coming from Memphis, Mata and Lingard.
Rashford needs a breather and perhaps United would need him considering their next game is against Liverpool in Europa League 1st leg tie.
