Liverpool are on a high at the moment after their midweek demolition work against Manchester City. Next up for The Reds awaits a tricky tie against Crystal Palace.
Ahead of the kick-off we take a look at Predicted Liverpool lineup vs Crystal Palace. Historically speaking, this fixture has troubled Liverpool in recent games, including the dreaded 3-3 comeback game which cost Liverpool their first league title in ages.
Jurgen Klopp would want to see his players play with the same tempo as they did against Man City and came away as the deserving 3-0 winners.
Predicted Liverpool Lineup vs Crystal Palace
Defense: Klopp’s tweaking with full-back area paid off against City, and he should continue playing Jon Flanagan at right back and use Nathaniel Clyne from left-back until they find a better option.
Midfield: Liverpool are forming something of a formidable trio with Lallana-Milner-Henderson playing really attractive football. Their understanding and précised passing makes them a threat against any team they play.
Attack: This is where we could see a surprise from Klopp this weekend. With Man United game coming up, Liverpool could rest Daniel Sturridge and hand Divock Origi a deserving start up front.
Origi was a revelation in the City game and since then has expressed his desires to play more as the striker under Jurgen Klopp.
Christian Benteke has not done enough to get a starting XI role, and one could only wonder about his Liverpool future.
