The mega showdown between Chelsea and Manchester United lived up to the billing as both sides put on a great show at Stamford Bridge. The game ended with a 1-1 scoreline with a lot of excitement and attacking endeavor.
Diego Costa stole the show tonight with a 91st minute equalizer after Jesse Lingard had put United with a wonderful struck goal on the turn and half-volley. On the face of it, 1-1 draw was a fair result with both teams giving their best on the pitch.

Man of the Match: Very tough to call specially when 3-4 players had a great game. However, for his match saving contribution, I would pick Manchester United goal keeper David De Gea as the man of the match for this epic game.
As the dust settles over this game, one would realize how crucial that point was for Chelsea and as for Manchester United, well dropping 2 vital points late in the game would not have pleased Louis Van Gaal one bit.
