Predicted Chelsea lineup vs Watford
Why Remy over Costa?
Diego Costa is still someway off from getting his full form and fitness back. His movements inside the box aren’t what it is supposed to be. Only because, he is a 30million striker and was on a great run last season does not mean, he should be starting week-in-week-out.
Loic Remy has impressed in the limited game time he has got and thus, he should get a nod for the game against Watford.
Gary Cahill is another, who will miss out on the game after John Terry and Kurt Zouma looked very solid against Sunderland. Hiddink has to think though before naming his first starting XI and on the face of it, this team has the best chances of getting the desired result on the boxing day.
