According to the trusted sources Sun Sport and Neil Custis, Ed Woodward headed in to Manchester United’s London HQ to discuss Louis Van Gaal’s future at the club. Dutchman’s position at Old Trafford has deteriorated in recent weeks and he looks certain to get the sack sooner rather than later.
Despite club’s decision of not saying anything on Van Gaal’s future, one can see the inevitable with either Ryan Giggs or Jose Mourinho set to take charge at Old Trafford. Van Gaal’s philosophies have been losing their charm and have turned United in to a dull and boring side.
Last night, Glazers held a meeting with their board and decided to leave the decision on Ed Woodward whether or not to continue with Louis Van Gaal. Glazers have voted their confidence in any possible managerial change, be it Giggs or Mourinho.
According to Sun Sports, today’s meeting started around 2:00 PM British Time and are expected to reach a concrete decision when today’s emergency meeting ends. Stick around United fans, it could get feisty before the day ends.
