Chelsea manager Antonio Conte signed a new improved two year contract recently after initial reports that he is not happy at the club. But Conte recently come out to talk about the importance of controlling his dressing room, according to the Express.

“The coach must be in total control of the dressing room otherwise there is anarchy,” Conte told the Express in an interview.“If you lose control, anything can happen and probably you will be sacked in one or two months.
