Dimitar Berbatov is set to return to train with Manchester United, according to reports in Bulgaria.
The 35-year-old is currently a free agent and will work under Jose Mourinho at Carrington for a week.
Berbatov is reportedly travelling to London on Wednesday along with some of his close friends before they head up to Manchester.
The former Premier League star will spend his time at Carrington not only building up his fitness but also watching Mourinho at work, as he considers a future in coaching, according to Bulgarian outlet Sportal.bg.
Berbatov was one of most loved players at Manchester United where he often used to leave the fans speechless with his silky touches. Berbatov’s return would delight the fans who are still feeding on the memories of title successes under Sir Alex Ferguson.
