As the Transfer windows prepares to close, Chelsea Centre back and Nigerian International Kenneth Omeruo has agreed to contract extension with the Blues, but will be playing for the Turkish side Kasimpasa on a season long loan deal, reports claims.

Omeruo joined the Blues from Belgian club Standard Liege on January 2012 and has not stayed at Stamford Bridge spending his past four years on loan to Ado Den Hagg, Middlebrough, Alanyaspor and Kasimpasa, failing to impress any of the London club Coaches.

The Nigerian player had played for the Turkish club Kasimpasa last season on loan and now will be rejoining the club on loan and will be expected to make another debut for the Turkish side as they will be playing against Akhisar Belediyespor in Turkish topflight game.

The 23-year-old was widely expected to leave the Premier League Champions permanently this summer, after series of his time spent out on loan in the past four years since joining the blues in 2012, Daily Post claims.

Despite the departures of John Terry and Nathan Ake from the club, Omeruo was full of hopes that he could impress the Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte, but instead continued his loan tours.

However, The Nigerian international seems to be delighted with the move as he took to his social media page to make his mind known about the loan.

“God is Faithful. Happy to have renewed my contract with Chelsea until 2020 and also good to be back to Kasimpasa for one year,” Omeruo posted on Instagram.

Kasimpasa have acquired four points from just two games including a draw with the defending champions Besiktas.
