Liverpool has been linked with a move for Hull City defender Andrew Robertson, with Jurgen Klopp keen on strengthening the left-side of his defence.
Albert Moreno has been inconsistent forcing Klopp to deploy James Milner to that position last season; however, with the availability of Robertson the Red Devils boss is ready to make a swoop for him.
And now it appears the Scotland international is edging closer to signing for the Merseysiders.
According to BBC journalist David Burns, the defender has been permitted to leave the Tigers’ training camp in Portugal to sort out his future- apparently to finalise his transfer to Liverpool.
The left-back will be a good signing for Liverpool. He was impressive for Hull City last season despite their relegation to the Championship.

And he is expected to be a direct replacement for Moreno who could depart the club in a deal worth over £10 million this summer.
But it remains to be seeing if Klopp would start him at the left-side next season while Milner returns to his midfield position.
Robertson is a versatile defender who can also play on the left-side of the midfield. He is speedy and will add width to Liverpool attack.
