Time is ticking on for all the clubs in Premier League and Europe as they look to get that final signing done before the league action resumed in less than a fortnight’s time.

Unlike the previous deadline days, tonight could be in line for something special are players like Jack Wilshere, David Luiz, Moussa Sissoko, Yacine Brahimi, Juan Cuadrado, Axel Witsel and Marcos Alonso could all complete their transfers before the end of today’s deadline.

On that note, we bring you all the latest done deals and near transfers to be completed before the clock hits 11:00 PM on UK time.

  • Tottenham agree Sissoko transfer

What a way to end this summer’s Deadline Day as Tottenham have pipped Everton at the very end of the window to agree Moussa Sissoko’s transfer from Newcastle in a reported £30million deal.

Sky Sports ran a story couple of hours ago of Everton agreeing fee and personal terms for Sissoko but the Spurs decided to go ahead and match Everton’s £30m offer and it saw the player’s head turned.

Tottenham have the Champions League advantage over Everton and that is where I feel Spurs won the race and have now agreed to sign Sissoko on a 5-year-deal in this stunning deadline day transfer move.

  • Chelsea announce David Luiz’s signing

David Luiz has completed his medical in last few minutes and will soon sign his contract with Chelsea football club. Sky Sports have confirmed the news n last few minutes which will see the biggest deal of Deadline Day is just minutes away from getting confirmed.

  • Bournemouth unveil Wilshere

Jack Wilshere has decided to join Bournemouth on a season long deal to salvage his club and international career. The injury prone midfielder is out to get first team football which was promised by Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe and just minutes earlier, Wilshere was picture holding a Bournemouth jersey.   • Balotelli leaves Premier League for good

Former Liverpool and Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has joined Ligue 1 side Nice on a free transfer. Sky Sports understands that Balotelli was initially set to join Nice on a season-long loan move but Liverpool have decided to say their farewell to Super Mario and have decided to sell him on a free transfer.

  • Marcos Alonso joins Chelsea

Chelsea have completed Marcos Alonso’s signing from Fiorentina for a reported fee of £23million. The Blues needed to bring an extra defender to find competition for Cesar Azpilicueta and it seems Alonso is that man.

  • Hull to complete James Weir signing

Hull’s stand-in manage Mick Phelan is making the most of his connection with Manchester United after The Tigers have agreed to sign United’s Under-21 captain James Weir on a season long deal. Hull also completed the signing of another United youngster Will Keane last week.

  • Tottenham finally have their man

After weeks of negotiations, Tottenham have finally signed Georges-Kévin N’Koudou from Marseille. The player was in London for over a week and was waiting for Marseille to complete the loan signing of Clinton N’jie from Spurs.

N’Koudou has signed a 4-year deal with Spurs in a reported transfer fee of £11m (€14m)

  • Leicester complete Slimani’s transfer

Leicester City have completed a club record £25million deal to sign Algerian striker Islam Slimani form Sporting Lisbon. The reigning Premier League Champions were after Slimani for last couple of weeks and have now confirmed his arrival at King Power Stadium.

  • Arbaloa is a Hammer

West Ham have continued to strengthen their squad for the season after they completed Alvaro Arbaloa’s signing from Real Madrid on a free transfer. Arbaloa is no stranger to Premier League after spending 2 seasons with Liverpool. The Spanish international played for Real Madrid for last 7 seasons.

  • Cuadrado moves back to Juventus

Chelsea have agreed to loan Juan Cuadrado back to Juventus after the Colombian international could never settle at Stamford Bridge. According to Sky Sports, Cuadrado joins Juve on a 3-year loan deal on a €5m-per-year payment terms. Juventus would need to splash more than €20m if they want to sign the crafty winger on a permanent deal next summer.

  • Mangala signs for Valencia

Eliaquim Mangala has signed for Valencia on a season-long loan from Manchester City. New manager Pep Guardiola decided to sign John Stones in a £50million deal which all but ended Mangala’s time at the Etihad.

  • Stoke complete stunning Double Deal

Stoke have signed both Wilfried Bony and Bruno Martins Indi on a season-long loan deals to further strengthen their squad for the season. Manager Mark Hughes was keen to being a striker at the Britannia this summer given the lack of goals from his forwards.

  • Man United declare Schneiderlin stance

Manchester United will not sell their star midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin this summer despite a strong interest from Tottenham and player’s former manager Mauricio Pochettino, according to the Times.
