Conte sent a text message to Costa during the summer that he no longer have plans for the Striker next season at Chelsea.

Costa is currently home in Brazil, training himself alone and is also heavily linked with a move to Ac Milan and Athletico Madrid. The Spanish International has struggled to make a club sign him, but Ac Milan wants the striker to sign a permanent deal, but he wants a loan to the serie A club before rejoining Athletico Madrid who are currently on a transfer ban till January.

However, reports claims Conte dropped a hint about the Player lacing up his boots for Chelsea this season.

Conte speaking at the launch of the Premier League: “I think a lot about Costa.

“I think I was very clear in the past and I think now it’s not important to repeat.

Chelsea signed Alvaro Morata in a club record fee to lead their attack but in the recent display of the Spanish striker revealed that he is still struggling to adapt to the English League and it could take him some time to bend into the blues squad.
