Chelsea are in talks with Bayer Leverkusen to sign their star midfielder Hakan Çalhanoğlu in the upcoming January transfer window, according to Turkish outlet Haberturk.
The report states that Conte sees no future for Oscar at the club and is looking for a more dynamic playmaker to take control of Chelsea’s midfield.
Çalhanoğlu has been regarded as one of the most consistent yet very underrated players in Europe and Chelsea are hopeful of sealing a £20m January deal for the Turkish superstar.

While Haberturk can link the Turkish star with Chelsea all they want but manager Antonio Conte has strictly denied making any new signing in January.
More so Conte believes there is still future for Oscar at the club which brings down the credibility of this transfer rumour.
As good as an addition Çalhanoğlu will be for Chelsea, I do not see this transfer happening in January. Perhaps next summer, we will have to wait and see.
