Chelsea star Christian Atsu is reportedly wanted by Turkish outfit Medipol Basaksehir.
Turkish newspaper Fanatik claim the clubs are in talks over a move for the winger.
Atsu is currently on loan at Championship side Newcastle but has failed to get regular game time under former Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez.
Basaksehir’s loan offer reportedly includes a buy-out fee should they decide to keep the 25-year-old.
Atsu joined Chelsea from Porto in 2013 but has failed to impress at Stamford Bridge and is yet to make a senior appearance.
Atsu is under contract until the summer of 2018 with the Blues and his future remains unclear. A permanent move away from Chelsea appears as the best option for all parties.
Talks are still ongoing between the two clubs and Chelsea expected to make contacts with Newcastle in next 48 hours to discuss Atsu’s potential move away from St. James’ Park.
