Nadir Ciftci will say his goodbyes at Celtic at the end of the season, the Scottish champions have revealed.
The striker transferred to Celtic Park from Dundee United in July 2015 but fail to live up to expectation in Glasgow, netting just four goals for the Bhoys.
Ciftci spent the second half of the 2017-18 season out on loan at Motherwell after previous loan spells with Plymouth Argyle, Pogon Szczecin and Eskisehirspor.
The 26-year-old’s is still contracted to Celtic for another year, but the club confirmed on Wednesday that he will be departing in the summer.
A club statement read: “Celtic Football Club can confirm that Nadir Ciftci will be leaving the club on June 30, 2018.
“Currently on loan to Motherwell, everyone at Celtic wishes Nadir all the very best for the future.”
