Liam Hughes will link up with the Celtic academy and will continue his football development there and hope to make it to the first team soon. Celtic has a very good culture of promoting youngsters through the ranks and he can take a cue from that.
Celtic also have a very good relationship with Irish players as it is evident in their club now. Also, he will be motivated by the fact that Craig Gordon and Dorus De Vries are in the twilight of their careers and if he has fully shown his quality to the coach, he might be taking the slot as the club first choice in a few years from now.
