Arsenal are favorites to sign Napoli’s highly rated right back Elseid Hysaj, who is also a reported target for La Liga giants Atletico Madrid and Barcelona.
According to reports, Hector Bellerin is all but certain to join Barcelona this summer which has put Arsenal on alert and forced them to sign a new right back ahead of the next season.
Reliable French journal Le 10 Sport are convinced that Arsenal have offered a £14.8million bid for the 22-year old who is seen as one of the most promising defenders in Europe right now.
What makes Hysaj so special?
Elseid Hysaj is a tenacious defender who is never afraid to put his foot through in the tackles. Last season with Napoli, Hysaj averaged 1.89 tackles and 2.11 clearances per match.
Defensively he is equally good if not better than Bellerin, however, going forward the Spaniard has an edge over the Albanian international defender.
