Arsenal strolled past West Brom in a comfortable 2-0 win at the Emirates to assert their dominance on the top-3 finish this season.
A brace from Alexis Sanchez was enough to see Gunners pull away from their recent poor results. Among individual performances, Alexis stood out as his desire and commitment to do well was second to none.
Mesut Ozil had a relatively quiet night but some of his passes were too good for West Brom to deal with. Arsenal’s defense was hardly bothered as Petr Cech and Co. enjoyed an easy win over Tony Pulis’ men.

One player who really caught the eye was Joel Campbell, who may have played just 12 minutes of football tonight but went on to create 4-5 good chances. His ability to stay with the ball and create chances are getting better and better.
It was really a strange call from Wenger to leave him out of the lineup in recent weeks after a bright start to the season. On the back of his performance tonight, he deserves to play a big part in most of the Arsenal’s game next season.
