Done deal? How Chelsea will line-up with Chamberlain against Leicester City

Arsenal attacker Alex Oxlade Chamberlain is on the verge of switching from Emirates stadium to Stamford Bridge and his move to Chelsea will be changing the look of Antonio Conte’s team setup.

Conte has expressed his dissatisfaction about having a thin squad that may be able to cope with the requirements of the Premier League, Champion League and all other competitions. He already bolstered his squad by signing four new players to the team including club record signing Alvaro Morata. The Italian coach is looking to bring a competitions for Victor Moses in the right wing position.

Chamberlain mostly in his career played in the wing forward position but he was mostly used as a utility player last season, playing in the midfield position and was subsequently used as wing back ahead of Hector Bellerin at the Emirates Stadium.

The 24 year old will not be able to knock over the likes of N’Golo Kante, Tiemoue Bakayoko or Cesc Fabregas from the midfield of the Blues, so he won’t be playing from the middle with the rest of the squad. Chamberlain will be fighting for a place with Moses in the left wing back position or he play alternatively to Pedro or Willian in attack but we take a look at how Chelsea will line up with Chamberlain.

Another way the blues could line up with Chamberlain is in the attack where he could fight for a first team place with Pedro.
